How to Install the Instrument?

First, gently thread the instrument into the mounting position by hand. Then, use two proper wrenches: one to hold the hex fitting at the mounting point steady, and the other to tighten the hex portion of the instrument fitting. |
Can Foreign Objects Come into Contact with the Diaphragm of a Diaphragm Pressure Gauge?

It is strictly prohibited to press or touch the diaphragm with any object or finger, as this may cause deformation or damage, leading to gauge malfunction. |
Function of the Vent Plug on a Pressure Gauge

For pressure gauges rated below 7 kg/cm² (100 psi), after installation is complete, the pointed vent plug on top of the gauge must be cut off. This allows the internal pressure of the gauge casing to equalize with atmospheric pressure, preventing indication errors during measurement. |
What Should Be Noted After Installing a Pressure Gauge?

During machine startup and testing, make sure all pressure-regulating devices connected to the pressure source are initially set to zero. Adjust them to the desired pressure only after the machine is running, in order to prevent sudden pressure spikes that may exceed the gauge's range and cause damage. |
